Same Home, New Look: Offercity Rehab

Our newest home renovation shows how our team modernized an outdated single-family home. The original owners of this home called us, needing to sell as soon as possible. So that same day, our experts went to meet with them to tour their home and discuss their options. 

After deciding they wanted to sell their home for cash, our team began by removing any unwanted items from the property and taking care of the inspections before we started the rehab process. Our goal for this home was to keep its original layout and simply upgrade each room.

Phase 1:

The first step in this home rehab was to remove all flooring and carpet. The backyard initially had a covered patio; however, due to termite damage, we decided it was best to remove it completely. Next, we stripped down the kitchen and bathroom to their original foundation.

Phase 2:

In phase two, our team worked on preparing the home for the interior paint and new flooring. To brighten the home, we painted the walls a light gray color, installed maple luxury vinyl flooring, and warm-toned carpet in the bedrooms.

Phase 3:

Once the flooring was installed and the interior painting was complete, we added new windows and doors throughout the home. Next, we worked on updating the kitchen and bathroom. We installed ceramic tile in the bathroom shower and added a new vanity with drawers and matte black handles, a new sink, and lighting fixtures to complement the shower. Meanwhile, white kitchen cabinets were going up, and recessed lighting was installed throughout the living room and kitchen.

Phase 4:

As soon as the cosmetics were complete in the kitchen, we installed new stainless steel appliances to tie in the entire look. Then we moved outside, to freshen up the home’s exterior; we cleaned the front and backyard before giving the main home and garage a new paint job.
